Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel and reschedule confirmed booking requests under the following conditions.

Cancellations and rescheduling are only possible via WhatsApp (+49 155 60073894) or email (info@erling.io).

If the CUSTOMER cancels less than 48 hours before the service begins, Erling is entitled to the following fees based on the cancellation timing:

(i) For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the cleaning service, the CUSTOMER may be charged a fee of 12,5% of the booked service, with a minimum charge of €15.

(ii) For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior to the cleaning service, the CUSTOMER may be charged 25% of the booked service, with a minimum charge of €30.

(iii) For cancellations less than 12 hours before the cleaning, the CUSTOMER may be charged 50% of the booked service, with a minimum charge of €60.

This does not apply to cancelled work agreed upon by Erling less than 36 hours before the scheduled start.

Orders confirmed by Erling less than 48 hours before the planned start date are also excluded.
